Still On My Brain

It arrived as three times today, I was motionless and my vision and the direction said me I moved myself. It arrived once in my car to a panel stop and to I crushed almost the cut in the ground, and the again exterior one of the position of car. Im not on the medicines, but I was in an accident of insignificant car some days ago. Is this a tumor of brain or the hemorrhage? What should I do? Oh and I bought just a can of chews tobacco if I chewed alot, but not to the times that it arrived. Im 18

Or you can take one on the opposed drug called Dramamine (for the movement disease). The costs about $2 or $3 and is sold of the all the pharmacies.
