Lupus Brain

I was diagnosed with Lupus and now they see Dysmyelination in my MRI, and I have symptoms that can be seen in Lupus and MRS. But I never read does not import what of Lupus affecting the brain and cause dysmyelination. Did not ...was I diagnose to right?
