Which sypmtoms for do it predvoir-il in the future? Will the this be a slow painful death? There are manners to be careful not to progress it? Is the this opedrable?

That shocks. To this point, the tumor of stem of brain was envisioned, but the doctors have not anlyzed it. If the this is opedrable, they will remove it and obtains a pathology report on if the it is benign or not. To this point, you will know what to foresee in the future.
