Brain Fitness

I the refuge't was to instruct since I finished more than 15 years of university there is. My work became a monotonous routine. Recently, je've was the reading of the capacity of the brain to create new connections between the neurones by 'exercising' it. Je'd as to find good software to do just that. I know health of brain by advances, brain health by of happy neurone. the com. I the refuge't bought or one of those lss because je'd as other which knowledges options that I have.
